Website terms
Updated 24 October 2026. These terms cover the public Clinic X website and the steps used to begin a subscription checkout.
Plans and prices
The monthly plan is $39 per month. The annual plan is $390 for 12 months, which is a $32.50 monthly equivalent and saves $78 compared with 12 monthly payments. Prices are in US dollars. Each plan covers one hosted Clinic X workspace for one clinic.
Checkout availability
Prices remain published when online checkout is temporarily unavailable. An order can begin only when the website confirms checkout availability and sends you to the Clinic X checkout on clinic-x.lemonsqueezy.com. Reviewing a plan or submitting business details does not by itself create a purchase, charge, account or service access.
Order and service communication
The payment provider shows the order details before payment is submitted. Provider confirmation and Clinic X fulfillment checks are required before service setup. The automatic service email, when issued after those checks, is sent to the work email supplied with the order. A return or status page on its own is not proof of payment, fulfillment or access.
No patient information
The public subscription form is for clinic business contact details only. Do not submit patient names, health information, files, passwords, payment details or other confidential clinical data in the form or by support email.
Product scope
Clinic X is presented as one hosted clinic workspace for reception, nursing and doctor workflows. Screenshots use synthetic records. Specific clinic configuration and service setup follow a provider-confirmed order; the website does not promise a particular device integration, artificial-intelligence capability or unrestricted service scope.
Retired demo
The earlier independent browser demonstrator and its downloads remain retired. They do not represent the hosted Clinic X service.
Support
For website or order support, email info@hom-ex.com. Do not send patient records, medical information, passwords or payment details.
Brand and software rights
Rights applying to third-party or open-source software remain governed by their own licenses. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
